Warranty & Payment Milestones
1 Year warranty against manufacturing defects on all custom carpentry and hardware hinges. 5-year warranty on SPC flooring.
50% advance deposit upon 3D sign-off, 35% upon woodwork factory completion before site delivery, 15% final settlement upon handover.
Design & shop drawings: 10 working days. Factory fabrication & site fit-out: 30 to 45 working days.
