What is included in each plan?

Your first 30 days include unlimited PDF downloads, 10 saved quotations, and the Excel, Word & PDF Quotation Importer. After your trial, the Free plan provides 10 free PDF downloads per month. QuoteMaker Pro lets you save and manage up to 1,000 quotations with unlimited downloads and full Excel/Word/PDF importing. Business Pro gives you unlimited saved quotations, multi-brand profiles, direct WhatsApp sharing, and priority support.

Can I import existing quotations from Excel, Word, or PDF?

Yes! During your first month free trial and on Pro & Business Pro plans, you can drag and drop your existing Excel (.xlsx, .xls), Word (.docx), PDF (.pdf), or CSV spreadsheets to automatically extract and populate all line items, rates, and client details into your QuoteMaker templates in seconds. The post-trial free tier requires manual entry.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes! With Annual Billing, you get 2 months free (~20% discount) on both QuoteMaker Pro and Business Pro plans.

When does my free allowance reset?

Your allowance resets at the start of each calendar month. Your first 30 days include unlimited downloads. Upgrade to Pro or Business Pro for unlimited downloads all year round.

How many quotations can I save and manage?

Free trial includes 10 saved quotations. QuoteMaker Pro allows you to save and manage up to 1,000 quotations in your workspace. Business Pro provides unlimited quotation saving and management.

Can I cancel or change my subscription?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your Pro or Business subscription at any time with one click from your account workspace. When cancelled, you will retain your 10 free quotation downloads per month.

Do my quotations expire?

No. All quotations saved to your QuoteMaker account remain securely accessible in your workspace regardless of which plan you are on.
